A 6-months probationary period will follow hiring during which new employee will be considered an unpaid intern. After which the pay scale will be questionable and, advancement to the next grade will be grueling through interview and promotions committees. Promotions take no less then 12-months for each level of advancement. Benefits shall include but won’t be limited to getting coffee for the executives, unreasonable deadlines, lack of capable staffing and a corporate culture of ‘family comes last’.
